摘要
试验采用浓硝酸和过氧化氢为消解试剂对饲料样品进行微波消解处理,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定样品中的砷、钡、镉、铬、汞、铅、锑、硒8种重金属元素含量。试验结果表明:各元素在其标准曲线的浓度范围内,线性相关系数均大于0.999 4,方法检出限在0.001~0.004μg/ml之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%,各梯度质量浓度加标回收率为89.3%~103%。试验发现:几乎所有饲料都含有的重金属元素是Ba、Cr和Pb,部分饲料含有的是As、Cd和Se,几乎不含的是Hg和Sb。
Samples of feeds were treated by microwave digestion using concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide as digestion reagents, and the contents of eight heavy metal elements, such as, arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, mercury, lead, antimony and selenium, were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES). The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of the eight elements were all greater than 0.999 4 within the concentration range of the standard curve, the detection limits were between 0.001-0.004 μg/ml, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 5%, and the recoveries were in the range of 89.3%-103%. It was found that most of the feeds containing heavy metals such as Ba, Cr and Pb, a small number of feeds containing As, Cd and Se, and few feed containing Hg and Sb.
