摘要 本文提供了预富集-氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定痕量砷的新方法。使用吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)作配位剂,在pH6.0的条件下,用固体硅胶捕集、抽滤分离As-APDC配合物,然后用0.1mol/L盐酸从膜滤纸上洗下硅胶,得到能够直接用氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定砷的悬浊液。与其它富集方法相比,该法有简便快速的特点。在150ml样品中,特征质量为0.01ng/1%。用这个方法测定了饮料中的痕量砷,当n=6时,标准偏差为0.01~0.08,回收率为94.4%和100.5%,结果较为满意。 A simple and sensitive method has been developed for the determination of trace arsenic in beverages. The arsenic was fixed on fmely divided silica gel as complex with ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (APDC). The silica gel was collected on a membrane filter by filtration under suction, then washed down by 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid from membrane filter paper and the suspension was directly subjected to the determination by hydridegeneration atomic absorption spectrometry. When n = 6, the standard deviation (SD) of these samples were from 0.01 to 0.08 and recoveries were 94.4 % and 100.5 %, The results were comparatively satisfactory in enrichment in comparison with the other methods.
