摘要
为了提高LED照明系统均匀度检测方法的测量精度和速度,提出了一种基于线阵电荷耦合器件(CCD)步进扫描的均匀度检测新方法。采用线阵CCD及步进扫描机构、控制系统、图像采集系统、积分球光源系统、非均匀性修正单元和计算机系统等构建了均匀度检测装置。对检测用的线阵CCD的非均匀性响应进行了检测与修正,测试了光学暗室噪声与待测LED均匀照明系统的CCD图像灰度矩阵。分析表明,这种方法测得暗室噪声的均方差约为0.0038,测得待测照明系统最佳参数设置时的均匀度为92.3%。
In order to improve the measurement accuracy and speed of the uniformity detection of LED lighting system, a new illuminative uniformity measure method based on the step-scanning of linear array CCD is proposed in this paper. The uniformity measure equipment is founded by using linear array CCD, stepping scanning mechanism, control system, image acquisition system, integrating sphere light source system, non-uniformity correction unit and computer system. The non-uniformity of the linear array CCD response is detected and corrected, and the CCD image gray matrix of the extinctive chamber noise and the test LED uni- form luminance system are tested. The results show that the mean square error of the extinctive chamber noise in this paper is about 0.0038, and the best luminous uniformity of the test LED uniform luminance systems is 92.3%.
