摘要
针对传统弱视治疗仪光源系统存在寿命短、效率低、操作复杂等缺点,本文提出了一种基于大功率发光二极管(LED)的新型光源系统。运用非成像光学设计方法实现光学系统,由5种颜色的大功率LED、反光碗、平凸透镜和磨砂玻璃共同组成,为弱视治疗仪提供均匀照明光源。用脉宽调制(PWM)技术控制光源亮度变化,通过控制步进电机转动完成光源的初始定位和颜色切换。实验测试表明,该LED光源系统性能稳定,满足弱视治疗的技术要求。
Aimed at the disadvantages of the light source of traditional amblyopia treating instruments, such as short life, inefficiency, and complicated operations, a novel light source system with large-power LED is put forward. Based on non-imaging optics design method, an optical system is developed to provide a uniform illuminated source for the amblyopia treating instrument with five high-power LEDs, reflector, piano-convex lens and ground glass. The variety of LED source luminance is controlled by PWM, The source initial orientation and switching colors are accomplished by controlling the rotation of stepping motor. Experiment tests indicate that the LED light source system performs steadily and contents the technical command of amblyopia treatment.
