摘要 对采煤机牵引部双电机不同协调控制方式下的优缺点进行比对分析可使采煤机牵引性能得到最大程度的发挥。基于此,对采煤机双电机调速系统进行仿真分析研究。研究认为:并行控制下受到干扰的电机其自身的转速会受到较大程度的影响,双电机转速出现差值;耦合控制下受到干扰的电机其自身的转速几乎不会受到影响;不同协调控制方式下双电机的转速偏差可排为并行控制>主从控制>耦合控制,充分说明了耦合控制下转速调节器削弱双电机转速差值的有效性和及时性。 The advantages and disadvantages of two different traction motor coordinated control mode of coal mining machine were analyzed,which makes the shearer traction performance be the greatest play.Based on this research.Simulation analysis of shearer double motor speed regulation system research that:under the control of parallel to the motor speed disturbance will be its own great influence,dual motor coupling between; under the control of interference by its own motor speed is almost not affected; the speed deviation of the two motors of different coordination control mode can be ranked as parallel control master-slave coupling control,fully explain the coupling under the control of the speed regulator to weaken the double efficiency and timeliness of motor speed difference.
