摘要
采用多电机同步联动以获得大功率驱动必须研究多电机同步联动的控制性能。以双电机同步联动控制系统为例,提出了一种“差速负反馈”同步联动控制方案。结合PI控制策略,分析了双电机同步联动控制系统的稳态精度和动态性能。仿真研究表明所提同步联动控制方法性能优良,该方法已获成功应用。该文的研究结果还为实现高精度伺服系统的电消齿隙控制奠定了基础。
For the purpose of using multi-motor to obtain high driving power,synchronizing drive control method must be studied.In this paper,a speed-error feedback method is introduced based on the double-motor synchronizing drive control system.Combined with PI control,dynamic performance and steady state precision of the system are studied.Simulation results show that high performance could be obtained applying the control method.Also,this method is applied to the actual system successfully.In addition,this method is helpful to apply the anti-backlash method to high performance servo systems.
