摘要
基于线弹性层状体系理论,采用BISAR软件计算分析沥青路面不同温度区间沥青层偏应力沿深度方向的分布规律;并通过计算大量路面结构,分析总结出沥青层偏应力分布随行车速度、基层模量、基层厚度和面层厚度改变的变化规律。研究结果表明:全温域条件下,不同温度区间和不同轴载等级的沥青层偏应力分布呈现一定的相似性,均先增大后减小,且均在距路表0.06m-0.10m范围内出现最大偏应力,中面层是最大偏应力作用的主要集中区域。沥青层最大偏应力随泊松比的增大而减小,且随着温度的增大,泊松比对偏应力的影响有降低的趋势。在固定评价基准的情况下,给出了不同温度区间行驶速度、基层模量、基层厚度、面层厚度变化时沥青层偏应力变化系数。行车速度、基层模量和面层厚度在温度区间为(35-40]℃时的改变,对偏应力分布的变化幅度影响最大,分别达到7.74%、7.08%和25.76%。基层厚度在温度区间为(25-30]℃时的改变,对偏应力分布的变化幅度影响最大,达到12.92%。根据伽玛分布曲线概率密度函数建立了沥青路面沥青层偏应力分布预估模型,拟合得到不同面层厚度不同温度区间的偏应力分布预估模型参数,从而可以求出沥青层不同温度区间任意深度处的偏应力分布。
Based on the linear elastic layer theory,the deviatoric stress distribution along the depth of the asphalt layer in asphalt pavement within different temperature range is calculated by using BISAR software,and the deviatoric stress distribution changing rules of the asphalt layer with changing of driving speed,base modulus,base thickness or surface thickness change are found by calculating lots of pavement structural compositions.The results show that the deviatoric stress distribution of the asphalt layer shows some similarities under different temperature range and different axial load grade in full temperature range,both increase first and then decrease,and the maximum deviatoric stress appears within the distance from0.06 mto 0.10 maway to road surface,and the intermediate layer is the main concentration area of the maximum deviatoric stress.The maximum deviatoric stress of the asphalt layer decreases with the increase of Poisson's ratio,and with the increase of temperature,the influence of Poisson's ratio on the deviatoric stress decreases.In the case of fixed evaluation datum,the variation coefficient of the deviatoric stress of the asphalt layer is given under different temperature range with change of driving speed,base modulus,base thickness and surface thickness.The influence of driving speed,base modulus and surface thickness change in the temperature range of 35-40℃on the variation of deviatoric stress distribution is the largest,reaching to 7.74%,7.08% and 25.76% respectively.The influence of base thickness change in the temperature range of 25~30℃on the variation of deviatoric stress distribution is the largest,reaching to12.92%.According to the probability density function of the gamma distribution curve,the deviatoric stress distribution prediction model of the asphalt layer in asphalt pavements is established,the parameters of the deviatoric stress distribution prediction model of the asphalt layer with different thickness and different temperature ranges are obtained by fitting,thus the
