摘要 目的优化纳米结构脂质载体防晒凝胶(NLC-gel)的处方及制备工艺。方法以吸光度值为指标,以白藜芦醇投药量、剪切时间、超声时间、白藜芦醇投药量×超声时间及其剪切时间×超声时间为考察因素,通过JMP7软件定制设计方法,建立优化模型,刻画最优参数;采用SPSS软件对实验结果进行分析。结果白藜芦醇投药量、剪切时间、超声时间、白藜芦醇投药量×超声时间及剪切时间×超声时间对NLC-gel的吸光度值均有显著性影响。刻画的最优参数为:白藜芦醇投药量为1%,剪切时间为5min,超声时间为10min,在此条件下制备的NLC-gel吸光度值为2.358±0.070。结论以最优处方及工艺制备的NLC-gel具有较好的防晒效果;采用JMP7软件定制设计方法,能够在交互作用存在的前提下,以最少实验次数获得最精准的优化结果。 Objective To optimize the prescription and preparation process of Nano-structured lipid carrier sunscreen gel(NLC-gel).Methods The resveratrol(RES)dosage,shearing time,ultrasonic time,RES dosage×ultrasonic time and shearing time×ultrasonic time were studied as effect factors.Meanwhile,customerized designs of JMP7 software were used to optimize the model and characterize the optimal parameters.The results were analyzed with SPSS software.Results The RES dosage,shearing time,ultrasonic time,RES dosage×ultrasonic time and shearing time×ultrasonic time exerted significant influence on the value of absorbance.The optimum dosage of RES was 1%,shearing time was 5 min,and ultrasonic time was 10 min.Under this condition,the absorbance value of NLC-gel was 2.358±0.070.Conclusion Under this optimum prescription and preparation process condition,NLC-gel exhibits good protective effect against UV irradiation.By using customerized designs of JMP7 software,the optimum results can be obtained with as few experiments as possible amid interactions.
