摘要
上海国际乒乓球联合会博物馆和中国乒乓球博物馆大跨度弧形钢桁架安装采用工厂制作、小拼,现场空中总装的方法。即先吊装两侧直段、后吊装中间弧形段,再在悬臂弧形钢桁架下采用临时钢支撑架支撑、支撑架顶端采用千斤顶调节标高和卸载、下方地下室顶板采用钢管支撑加固的安装技术。经实施,在质量、安全、工期和经济方面均取得了较好的效果,可供同类工程参考。
The methods of factory fabrication, small assembly and final overhead assembly on site have been taken for the installation of long-span arc shape steel truss in the Shanghai International Table Tennis Federation Museum and the China Table Tennis Museum. That is, firstly lifting the middle arc segment after hoisting on both sides of the straight segments, then using the temporary support frame set up below the cantilever arc steel truss, and at the top of the support frame, using jacks to adjust the elevation and unloading of the cantilever arc steel truss, finally, by using the construction technology of steel pipe support for basement ceiling reinforcement. The implementation of the project has achieved good results in terms of quality, safety, construction period and economy, and can provide references for similar projects.
