摘要
某高层建筑地下室顶板在使用过程中出现大量裂缝,为评估结构的安全性而对其进行了现场检测。检测结果表明,该工程地下室顶板构件裂缝由混凝土收缩和温度变化等原因所致,裂缝为非受力裂缝。在检测的基础上,提出了对裂缝的处理措施,可为类似工程病害的鉴定与处理提供参考。
Lots of cracks were found on the top ceiling of the basement of a high rise building during use,on-site inspection was conducted to assess the security of the structure. Test results showed that the cracks were caused by the concrete shrinkage and temperature variation,which were irrelevant to load. Based on inspection,treatment measures of cracking were presented. Can provide reference for the identification and treatment of the similar engineering disasters.
