摘要
以北京地铁环球影城站大跨度异形曲面钢结构加工与安装工程为背景,从安装工艺、异形曲面线形控制、小截面扭转米字形箱形节点精确加工、大吨位复杂伞状钢柱节点加工、施工数值模拟、安装精确定位、大型钢结构屋盖施工过程监测、高精度智能焊接控制、钢结构屋面防水施工等方面,系统阐述大跨度异形曲面钢结构加工与安装的关键技术,为伞状支柱和曲面网架结合的大跨度异型钢结构能够高效、安全地顺利完成提供技术保障。
This paper systematically introduces the key technology of processing and installation of large-span special-shaped curved surface steel structure of Beijing universal studios station.It focuses on the installation process,linear control of special-shaped curved surfaces,precise processing of small cross-section torsion rice-shaped box nodes,processing of large tonnage complex umbrella-shaped steel column nodes,construction numerical simulation,precise installation positioning,large-scale steel structure roof construction process monitoring,high-precision intelligent welding control,steel structure roof waterproof construction and other aspects,which provides technical guarantee for the efficient and safe completion of large-span special-shaped steel structures combined with umbrella-shaped pillars and curved grids.
