摘要
着重阐述了将"翻转课堂"教学模式应用于高职院校职业技能大赛、第二课堂教学和课堂教学的教学实践,改变了传统的教学模式,师生角色发生变化,教学方法由施教变为导学,搭建了一个和谐的自主学习平台,为学生的自主学习提供了条件上的保障,解决了教师在大班上课因材施教的难题;解决了提前上岗学生中断学习和少数民族地区的学生中断学习回家忙农耕掉队辍学的问题;为解决学生在课堂上玩手机的难题进行了实证性探索。
This paper mainly focuses on the application of the ‘Flipped Classroom'Pedagogy in Professional Skills competitions held jointly by higher vocational schools,the ‘Second Classroom'education method and the practice of classroom teaching,as this pedagogy changes the traditional educating environment,swaps the roles of teachers and students,and shifts the traditional teaching approach,‘Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude',to a learner-centered model. Furthermore,this pedagogy creates a harmonious active-learning environment and ensures the success of active-learning at all conditions. In addition,this pedagogy resolves the difficulty of teaching in accordance with students' aptitude in large classes,the problem of students interrupting their education because of the early induction,or of minority students discontinuing their studies because of busying in farming,and provides empirical exploration of the problem of students preferring playing mobile phones in the classroom.
