摘要
目的比较桡骨远端骨折采用手术与非手术治疗对患者腕关节疼痛和功能恢复的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者90例的临床资料,按治疗方式的不同分为手术组与非手术组,各45例。非手术组患者采用手法复位石膏外固定,手术组患者采用切开复位内固定。比较两组患者的腕关节疼痛和功能恢复情况。结果治疗后3个月和6个月时,手术组患者腕关节的VAS评分均明显低于非手术组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月时,两组VAS评分均低于治疗3个月时(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月和6个月时,手术组患者的腕关节影像学各指标均明显优于非手术组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,手术组患者腕关节恢复优良率与非手术组比较,差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论对于桡骨远端骨折患者,手术治疗能够达到较好的解剖复位,并减轻患者疼痛,但腕关节功能恢复情况与非手术治疗相似。
Objective To compare the effect of surgical and non-surgical treatment on wrist pain and function recovery of patients with distal radius fractures. Methods The clinical data of 90 cases of patients with distal radius fractures treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, and divided into surgical group and non-surgical group according to the different treatment methods, with 45 cases in each group. The non-surgical group received manual reduction of plaster external fixation, while the surgical group received open reduction and internal fixation. The wrist pain and function recovery of both groups were compared. Results At 3 months and 6 months after treatment, the VAS scores in the surgical group were lower than those in the non-surgical group（P〈0.05）. At 6 months after treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those at 3 months after treatment（P〈0.05）. At 3 months and 6 months after treatment, the wrist radiographs indexes in the surgical group were better than those in the non-surgical group（P〈0.05）. At 6 months after treatment, there was no significant difference of the excellent and good rate of wrist function recovery between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion For patients with distal radius fractures, surgical treatment can achieve a better anatomic reduction, and reduce the pain of patients, but the patients＇ wrist function recovery is similar to non-surgical treatment.
