摘要
目的分析探究保守治疗与手术治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法选取2017年11月-2019年11月本院收治的86例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机分组法将其分为保守组与手术组,其中保守组43例予以手位复位法联合外固定治疗法,手术组43例予以切开复位内固定法。对比两组患者治疗后第3、6个月的骨折部位、腕关节部位疼痛评分、临床治疗效果以及并发症发生率。结果保守组患者术后第3、6个月骨折部位以及腕关节尺侧部位疼痛评分值均高于手术组;保守组患者治疗效果有效率(72.09%)显著低于手术组治疗效果(93.02%);保守组患者并发症发生率(11.63%)显著低于手术组患者并发症发生率(23.26%)。结论桡骨远端骨折患者采用保守治疗与手术治疗效果良好,手术治疗法术后患者病症处疼痛感更轻,缩短愈合时间,但并发症发生率较高,需要进行术后康复护理。
Objective To analyze the effect of conservative treatment and surgery on distal radius fractures.Methods 86 patients with distal radius fractures admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into a conservative group and a surgical group by random grouping method,of which 43 patients in the conservative group were reset by hand reduction method combined with external fixation,43 patients in the surgical group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation.The fracture scores,pain scores of the wrist joints,clinical treatment effects and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients at 3 and 6 months after treatment.Results The patients in the conservative group at the 3rd and 6th month postoperative fracture site and wrist ulnar pain score were higher than those in the surgical group;the conservative group’s effective rate of treatment effect(72.09%)was significantly lower than that of the surgical group(93.02%);the incidence of complications in the conservative group(11.63%)was significantly lower than that in the surgical group(23.26%).Conclusion The conservative treatment and surgical treatment of patients with distal radius fractures have good results.After surgical treatment,the patients feel less pain and shorten the healing time,but the incidence of complications is higher,and postoperative rehabilitation care is required.
