摘要
北京大学第三医院胸外科根据外科学教学的实际情况,进行医学生人文素质培养的初步探索和实践,做出一些有益的尝试,取得了较好的效果。外科学教师应积极提高自身的人文修养,将医学人文素质教育融入外科学教学实践中,培养医学生的人文基本素质和基本技能,培养医学生的社会责任感和良好的心理素质,提升医学生的人文精神和岗位胜任能力,培养适应现代医学模式的高素质医学人才。
According to the actual situation of surgical teaching,the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Third Hospital of Beijing University has carried out the preliminary exploration and practice on humanistic quality training for medical students,made some useful attempt and achieved good results.The surgical teachers should improve their humanistic quality actively,integrate medical humanistic quality education into surgical teaching,train the medical students＇ basic humanistic quality and basic skills,cultivate their sense of social responsibility and good psychological quality,improve their humanistic spirit and post competence,and cultivate high quality medical talents who will well adapt themselves to the modern medical model.
