摘要
为了及时准确地反映学生学习状况和学习效果,提高学生自主学习能力和实践能力,对人力资源管理教学评价进行改革,利用互联网技术即时对课堂教学全过程进行动态诊断和评价,构建由课前准备性评价、课中形成性评价和课后结果性评价组成的形成性评价体系,实现对学生整个学习过程的动态评价。
In order to timely and accurately reflect students' learning situation and learning effect,to improve students' autonomous learning ability and practice ability,it is necessary to reform the teaching evaluation of human resource management. Using Internet technology to dynamically diagnose and evaluate the whole process of classroom teaching,constructing a formative evaluation system consisting of pre-class preparation evaluation,in-class evaluation and afterschool result evaluation so as to realize the dynamic evaluation of the whole learning process.
