摘要 我国农村中小学教师培训的质量与效果一直有所欠缺,主要问题在于培训的针对性与时效性不强。组织培训的主体以及受训者应将培训的针对性、时效性作为培训组织与实施的重要原则严格遵循。本文由需求是增强农村教师培训针对性实效性的首要因素,内容是增强农村教师培训针对性实效性的落实载体,模式是增强农村教师培训针对性实效性的有效保障,评价是增强农村教师培训针对性实效性的检验体系几方面对农村教师培训的针对性和实效性作为保障培训质量的关键因素进行探究。 The quality and effectiveness of teacher training in rural primary and secondary schools in China has been lacking,and the main problem is that the training is not effective and timely. The subjects and trainees of the training should strictly follow the important principles of training organization and implementation. From the demand is the primary factor to build up targeted effectiveness for the training of rural teachers,the contents is to enhance the rural teacher training effectiveness of the implementation of the carrier,the model is to enhance rural teacher training pertinence effectiveness of effective guarantee,appraisal is the inspection system to enhance the rural teacher training and several aspects,explore the rural teacher training pertinence and effectiveness as a guarantee the quality of the training key factors.
