摘要
试验采用ABR反应器处理甘薯淀粉加工废水,对其启动情况及进出水水质进行研究。结果表明:采用ABR反应器对甘薯淀粉加工废水进行处理是切实可行的,经过65d,COD容积负荷提高到4.56kg·(m^3·d)^(-1),HRT缩短为24h,COD去除率稳定在85%以上,反应器启动成功。反应器启动期间,出水VFA浓度保持在120mg·L^(-1)以下,出水p H介于7.25~7.87之间,对NH_4^+-N和TP的平均去除率分别为8.53%和1.77%,反应器启动末期,沿水流方向污泥颗粒化程度逐渐降低,第1隔室粒径大于1.5mm所占的比例为23.60%,至第4隔室时降至7.91%,颗粒污泥的平均沉降速度也由35.67m·h^(-1)降至27.53m·h^(-1)。
The startup condition of sweet potato starch wastewater by anaerobic baffled reactor( ABR) was indicated in this study. Results showed that it was feasible to treat sweet potato starch wastewater by ABR. The startup of the reactor was finished in 65 days,the COD volumetric loading increased to 4. 56 kg·( m^3·d)^(-1),HRT shortened to 24 h,the effluent COD removal rate was more than 85%. During reactor startup,the effluent volatile fatty acid( VFA) concentration was maintained at 120 mg·L^(-1) or less,the effluent p H value were between 7. 25 ~ 7. 87,the NH_4~+-N and TP average removal rates were only 8. 53% and 1. 77%,respectively. It also found that the sludge granulation degree decreased gradually along the flow direction at the end of the startup of the reactor,the first compartment size greater than 1. 5 mm accounted for 23. 60%,to the fourth compartment reduced to 7. 91%,the average settling velocity of granular sludge from 35. 67 m·h^(-1) to 27. 53 m·h^(-1).
