复合酶辅助提取滁菊多糖工艺条件优化 被引量:3

Optimization of Process Conditions for Exacting Polysaccharide from Chuzhou Chrysanthemum with Assistance of Composite Enzyme

摘要 对传统多糖提取方法进行改进,先利用果胶酶和纤维素酶复合酶处理滁菊,再用水提法提取多糖,并通过单因素试验和正交试验设计优化复合酶辅助提取滁菊多糖的工艺条件,获得的最佳参数为:加酶量3.5%、酶配比1∶2、酶解温度50℃、酶解时间140min,此时滁菊多糖得率可达(13.95±0.16)%. Traditional polysaccharide extraction method was improved in the study.The enzymatic treatment of pectinase and cellulase was used before traditional polysaccharide extraction by water.Single factor experiments and orthogonal experimental design were used to optimize the conditions of the extraction process which was assisted by composite enzyme.The optimal extraction parameters were as follows:enzyme dosage,3.5%;the ratio of pectinase and cellulase,1∶2;enzymolysis temperature,50℃;enzymolysis time,140 min.Under these conditions,the yield of Chuzhou chrysanthemum polysaccharide reached(13.95 + 0.16)%.
