Optimization of Ultrasonic-assisted Extraction Techonology of Polysaccharide from Platycodon grandiflorus by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以桔梗(Platycodon grandiflorus)多糖得率为试验指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析法对影响超声辅助提取桔梗多糖得率的4个主要因素进行优化。结果表明,桔梗多糖最佳提取工艺为液料比20∶1、超声时间20min、超声温度70℃、超声功率150 W,在此条件下桔梗多糖得率为8.108%,达到理论值8.172%的99.22%。 With the yield of Platycodon grandiflorus polysaccharide as test index, based on single factor test, the four main factors affecting ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polysaccharide yield from P. grandiflorus were optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal conditions of the ultrasonic-assisted water extraction of PGPs were as follow: the ratio of liquid to solid was 20:1, ultrasonic time was 20 min, ultrasonic temperature was 70℃, ultrasonic power was 150 W, with the condition, the yield of poly- saccharide from P. grandiflorus was 8.108%, which reached the 99.22% of theoretical value with 8.172%.
