摘要
利用响应面法优化微波辅助提取枇杷叶中多糖的工艺条件,在单因素实验的基础上,选取料液比、微波时间和微波功率为影响因子,应用Box-Behnken中心组合设计建立数学模型,以多糖的提取率为响应值,进行响应面分析.微波辅助提取枇杷叶中多糖的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率(X1)为720W,微波时间(X2)为7min,料液比(X3)为1:26.在此条件下,多糖的提取率预测值为3.416%,验证值为3.376%.
Response surface methodology is used for optimizing the microwave-assisted extraction technology of polysaccharide from Loquat leaf. Based on single factor experiments,solvent-solid ratio, microwave time, and microwave power are selected as influencing fac-tors. The response surface analysis is conducted by establishing the mathematical model according to Box-Behnken central composite de-sign and treating extraction ratio of polysaccharides as the response value. The optimum extraction conditions show the solvent-solid ratioto be 1:26, microwave time to be 7 min, and microwave power to be 720 W. The predicted polysaccharide extraction value is 3.461 % andthe verification value is 3.376 %.
