摘要
M23连接器主要应用在快速电源及信号对接的地方,应用范围广泛,早期多是靠进口,采购周期长,成本较高,因此国产化的意思重大。介绍了M23连接器中的线缆锁紧件结构特点,塑件外观及使用要求,设计了合理的模具结构及进胶方式、冷却系统、顶出系统、以及必要的安全装置。通过模具的试模调试,找出造成塑件缺陷的根本原因,提出了有效的改善方式。总结出的经验教训,可为该类型的模具工程师提供参考。
M23 connector is mainly used in quick power and signals docking area. It is widely used. In the early days, it mostly depends on import which the procurement cycle is long and also cost is high. The significance of localization is important. This paper selects M23 connector holder as an example, according to its structural characteristics, product appearance and use requirements to design reasonable mold structure and plastic gate form, cooling system, ejection system and necessary safety devices. Through test mold, the root cause of product defect will be found out, and put forward effective improvement method. Hopefully this article could be shared with tooling engineers for some reference.
