摘要
针对航空插头的返修,使用热风返修台进行其中解焊和除锡过程的工艺研究。试验结果表明,本文探索出的工艺可以实现航空插头的解焊及除锡;解焊、除锡后不会对金属化孔造成损伤,不影响二次装联。
Aiming at aviation plug reworking, unsoldering and detinning processes were studied on hot wind rework station. The results show that unsoldering and detinning can be realized without damaging the metal hole and PCB, and new aviation plug can be remounted.
