摘要
大学生宿舍人际冲突已经成为高校不可回避的话题。文章使用访谈、实物收集的研究方法,采用个案研究的策略,试图描述大学生是如何看待宿舍人际关系的,动态展示冲突发生发展的过程,分析影响冲突产生的因素。研究发现:在"自我为中心"的个体心理影响下,宿舍人际关系被大学生严重忽视;手机的肆意使用导致互联网世界的滞留,大学生觉得现实世界的面对面互动越来越无关紧要;大学生出于心理的需要会不断地寻找群体认同,这个过程会引起群体分类,其中"加重效应"和"离弃效应"会导致冲突的发生;思维(成绩)因素、年龄因素、家庭因素等原因造成群体分类,以上社会因素成为隐藏在冲突背后的深层次原因。
The interpersonal conflicts in the university dormitory has become an unavoidable topic. By means of interviews and physical collection research methods, the paper, under the framework of a case study, is trying to describe how college students regard the dormitory interpersonal relationship, to dynamically display the conflict development process, and to analyze the influential factors of the conflicts. It is found that the interpersonal relationship in the dormitory is seriously neglected by university students under the psychological influence of ＂self - centeredness＂. The casual use of mobile phones has led to a lag in the Internet world, where college students feel that face - to - face interactions in the real world are increasingly irrelevant. College students＇ psychological needs are constantly looking for group identification, the process will cause group classification, including ＂compound effect＂ and ＂forsake effect＂, all these will lead to conflicts; such factors as thinking （ grades）, age, family and many other factors result in the group clas- sification, and all the social factors stated above become hidden profound reasons behind the conflicts.
