摘要
课堂教学组织形式是实现人才培养目标的基本途径。随着互联网时代的到来,大学课堂教学组织形式的变革愈发明显,已经处在新旧交汇的节点上,传统的课堂组织形式正面临着严峻挑战。纵观大学教学组织形式的演变过程,实现不同组织形式的多元融合是大学教学组织形式变革的根本所在。课内与课外相结合、现实与虚拟相结合将是未来大学教学组织形式演变发展的趋势。大学必须做好顶层设计,共建共享教学资源,加强教师教学培训,提供支持保障,才能有效推进教学组织形式的有效融合和持续改革。
The form of classroom teaching is the basic way to achieve the goal of personnel training. With the advent of the Internet age,the reform of classroom teaching organization forms has become more and more obvious. It is already at the junction of old and new schools.The traditional form of classroom organization is facing severe challenges. Looking at the evolvement process of university teaching organization form and realizing the multi-fusion of different organizational forms are the fundamental aspects of the university teaching organization change. Combination of class and extracurricular activities,the combination of reality andvirtualization will be the evolution of the future development of university teaching organization.The university must do a good job in top-level design,build and share teaching resources,strengthen teachers ' teaching and training, and provide support and guarantee so as to effectively promote the effective integration and continuous reform of teaching organization forms.
