慢性脑低灌注致认知功能障碍的机制及治疗研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 在人口老龄化进程中出现的老年性痴呆疾病已比较常见,无论是增龄性自身神经元退化所导致的,还是诸多心脑血管等基础疾病因素导致的急性或慢性脑损伤,都无疑成为认知功能障碍诱发或加剧的因素。已有诸多研究在急性脑缺血与脑损伤认知功能方面取得了较多进展,然而慢性脑低灌注在造成认知功能障碍方面的作用机制与防治研究还不够全面深入。本文相关文献报道进行综述,以对慢性脑低灌注和认知功能障碍两者间的关系有更加全面的了解。 In the process of aging,diseases of senile dementia have become increasingly prominent.Acute or chronic brain injury,caused by age-related neuronal degeneration or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,has no doubt become the factor that induces or aggravates cognitive dysfunction.Lots of studies have made significant progress in acute cerebral ischemia and brain injury-induced cognitive function,but the mechanism of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion resulting in cognitive dysfunction is not thoroughly studied.This article summarizes relevant references and information in order to give a relevant comprehensive report about the relation between the chronic cerebral hypoperfusion and cognitive impairment.
