摘要
目的探讨科学的护士岗位管理与层级晋级考核方法,强化对护理队伍的科学管理,充分调动护理人员的工作积极性和主动性,提高患者满意度。方法按照护士岗位管理要求分层设置护理岗位,制订与之相匹配的分层次培训,组织领导、制定详细的护士晋级方案和科学的考核方法,于2015年1月—2016年1月对神经康复中心52名护士实施岗位层级管理,比较实施前后患者满意度、护士的综合能力和操作技能及科研水平改善情况。结果实施岗位管理与层级晋级考核后患者满意度提高,护士的综合能力、操作技能、科研能力、学习积极性均较前提高。结论基于护士岗位管理与层级晋级考核的实施有助于提高患者的满意度,促进护士队伍健康发展,保证正向的激励机制,提升护理管理和护士的业务水平,值得推广。
Objective To explore a scientific scheme of post management and promotion of clinical nursing team,so as to reinforce effective management,give full play to nurses’ working enthusiasm and initiative,and improve patients’ satisfaction rate. Methods Different levels of nursing posts were set up according to the management requirement; corresponding levels of training,organization,plan and evaluation methods were worked out.Between January 2015 and January 2016,management of different levels was put into practice on 52 nurses in the Neurological Rehabilitation Center. Patients’ satisfaction rates,nurses’ comprehensive abilities and skills,and their capabilities of scientific research were compared. Results After the implementation of management and promotion of posts of different levels,patients’ satisfaction rate,nurses’ comprehensive abilities and skills,their capability of scientific research,and learning enthusiasm were all improved. Conclusion The implementation of post management and promotion and evaluation of posts of different levels helps improve patients’ satisfaction rate,promotes sound development of nursing team,ensures positive incentive mechanism and enhances nursing management and nurses’ professional skills,and thus is worth to be popularized.
