摘要
目的在短期内提高低年资护士专科护理技术操作水平,满足临床护士工作需要,以便更好地服务于患者,提高护理质量。方法在护理专业本科毕业生到临床工作4年的护士中选取64名,被随机分为A、B两组,A组为试验组(n=30),B组为对照组(n=34),试验组采用"综合病例式"培训方法进行专科技能培训40学时;对照组采用传统单项流程式技能培训方法进行专科技能培训40学时,两组均采用自制临床护士岗位技能考核综合评价表进行培训前后综合应用能力测评。结果试验组专科技能综合应用能力总成绩高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实施"综合病例式"培训方法是提高临床低年资护士专科技能综合应用能力的有效措施。
Objective To improve the technical operation level of junior nurses in a short time, meet the needs of clinical nursing cares, increase the quality of nursing and server better for the patients. Methods Total 64 nurses with 4 year experience were selected and divided into observation group （group A, n = 30 ） and control group （group B, n = 34 ）. The 40 hours of specialist skills training based comprehensive case study were performed in the group A, while 40 hours of traditional single process skills training were carried out. The homemade clinical nurse job skills assessment questionnaire was used to assess the efficacy before and after the trainings. Results The total score for the specialist skills ability was higher in the Group A as compared to the group B, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The training method based comprehensive case study is effective to improve the clinical specialist skills of junior nurse.
