摘要
实践教育是课堂教育的延伸,也是高水平大学人才培养的重要途径。在"协同育人"的思路指导下,整合好社会资源,服务高校实践育人事业,有助于实现增强青年学生的社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力的育人目标。但在目前高校开展实践育人的过程中,存在对社会资源的利用机制不够完善、配置不够优化、开发不够高效等问题。为了进一步做好实践育人工作,高校应增强对实践育人社会资源的有效整合,建立对社会资源的统筹配置与共享机制,构建对社会资源的利用成效评价体系,通过创新与社会资源的互动机制,加强理论研究,以促进社会资源可持续发展,进而打造高校实践育人共同体,开创高校实践育人工作的新局面。
The practice education is the extension of the classroom education, and has become the important wayto cultivate the talents in the high level universities. Under the guidance of "coordinated education", integratingsocial resources to serve the practice education in universities helps to achieve the goal of enhancing youngstudents' sense of social responsibility, innovative spirit and practical ability. But at present, there are someproblems in the process of carrying out practice education in universities, such as the imperfect mechanism inthe utilization of social resources, insufficient optimization and underdevelopment of social resources and so on.In order to improve the practice education, universities should strengthen the effective integration of the socialresources, and establish the overall configuration and sharing mechanism of social resources, build effectiveevaluation system and interaction mechanism to promote the sustainable development of social resources, thencreate the community of practice education in the universities.
