摘要
对产品进行可回收性评价,是优化产品设计方案、提升产品品质的重要手段。文中在现有的国内外研究基础上,结合实际需求提出了产品可回收度的概念及内涵;基于产品全生命周期理论,构建了产品可回收度综合评价指标体系;同时,结合多种综合评价方法建立计算模型。运用模糊层次分析法计算指标权重,分析各项指标的影响因素,建立了一整套规范化的评分细则,最后通过案例验证了模型的正确性和有效性,为产品设计方案优化提供依据。文中的评价过程清晰规范,实际操作简单易行,可为企业在实际应用中进行对应的改进措施提供参考,具有良好的推广价值。
The recyclability evaluation of the product is an effective method to optimize the product design and improve the product quality. The domestic and foreign research on product recyclability for the past decade in are analyzed and combed, and then the concept and connotation of product recyclability combining with actual demand is put forward. Based on the theory of product life cycle, the evaluation index system of product recyclability and its calculation model are established, combining with multiple evaluation methods at the same time. Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process(AHP) is used to calculate the weight coefficient of evaluation index, and evaluation rules are drafted by analyzing the affecting factors. Finally, the model validity is verified by using the actual case, which can also provide the basis for the optimization of product design scheme. Consequently, the evaluation method is easy to operate in practice, and the process of assessment is clear and simple, contributing to well popularization and application value, which can be beneficial to standardization of the whole evaluation process.
