摘要 基于有向图和分类约束的思想 ,提出了两类约束的概念 ,建立了一种具有层次化、模块化特点的机电产品分类有向约束图模型 ;并结合具体产品 ,讨论了分类有向约束图模型在拆卸序列生成过程中的应用 .研究结果表明 :分类有向约束图模型可有效筛选掉不合理的拆卸序列 ,减少拆卸过程中搜索拆卸目标的工作量 ,避免拆卸方案组合爆炸 ,降低拆卸序列生成的复杂程度 . Based on the directed graph and the classified constraints, two kinds of constraints are put forward, and a Classified Directed Constraint Graph Model (CDCGM) with hierarchy and module property is developed. The model application in the generation of the disassembly sequences is discussed. It is shown that the CDCGM can efficiently reduce some irrational disassembly sequences and the searching time of the objects. The problem of disassembly schemes combinatorial explosion can be avoided, and the complexity in creating the disassembly sequences is reduced.
