摘要
目的分析血清降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)表达水平与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能的关联性。方法选取我院2014年9月至2017年7月COPD患者133例,依据肺功能损害程度分组,轻度组46例,中度组37例,重度组29例,极重度组21例,4组均行血清PCT、CRP表达水平检测。比较4组血清PCT、CRP表达水平,分析血清PCT、CRP表达水平与COPD患者肺功能的相关性。结果经单因素方差分析可知,4组血清PCT、CRP表达水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且极重度组血清PCT、CRP表达水平高于轻、中、重度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Spearman检验可知,血清PCT、CRP表达水平与COPD患者肺功能之间呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论血清PCT、CRP表达水平与COPD患者肺功能之间呈负相关,临床上应严密监测COPD患者血清PCT、CRP水平变化情况,以预防肺部感染,进而有效保护其肺功能。
Objective To analyze the correlation between serum procalcitonin（PCT）,C-reactive protein（CRP）expression and lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods A total of 133 COPD patients were selected from September 2014 to July 2017 in our hospital.According to the degree of lung dysfunction,46 patients in mild group,37 in moderate group,29 in severe group,21 in severe group,4 in group Serum PCT,CRP expression levels were detected.The levels of serum PCT and CRP were compared between the four groups,and the correlation between serum PCT and CRP levels and lung function in COPD patients was analyzed.Results One-way analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in serum PCT and CRP levels between the four groups（P〈0.05）,and the serum PCT and CRP levels in the severe group were higher than those in the mild,moderate and severe groups（P〈0.05）.The Spearman test showed that there was a negative correlation between serum PCT and CRP levels and pulmonary function in patients with COPD（P〈0.05）.Conclusions There is a negative correlation between the expression of PCT and CRP in serum and lung function in patients with COPD.Serum levels of PCT and CRP should be closely monitored in patients with COPD so as to prevent pulmonary infection and further protect their lung function.
