DSCTCA联合CT-MPI对冠心病心肌缺血患者诊断效能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨双源CT冠状动脉成像(DSCTCA)联合CT-心肌灌注成像(CT-MPI)对冠心病心肌缺血患者诊断效能的影响。方法选取我院收治的冠心病心肌缺血患者76例为研究对象,另选取同期健康体检者150例作为对照组,均行DSCTCA及CT-MPI检查。观察DSCTCA、CT-MPI单独与联合诊断结果,并对比DSCTCA、CT-MPI单独与联合诊断特异度、灵敏度及准确度。结果以临床诊断为金标准,DSCTCA检查阳性62例,阴性132例;CT-MPI检查阳性61例,阴性134例;联合检查阳性74例,阴性145例。联合检查灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于DSCTCA、CT-MPI单一检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用DSCTCA与CT-MPI联合诊断冠心病心肌缺血患者,能有效提高诊断准确度,具有临床指导价值。
