摘要 以"中国制造2025"对自动化类专业人才需求为背景,结合自动化专业的特点,研究并实践了一种培养自动化专业"程序设计"创新型人才教学模式。该教学模式在确立"加强基础理论教学,突出实践教学,注重培养学生实践能力、创新能力和科研能力"的教学理念基础上,提出按照"基于基础的学习和教学—基于应用的学习和教学—基于磨炼的学习和教学—基于创新的学习和教学"这样一个逐级递进、金字塔式的学生学习和教师教学的教学模式展开程序设计语言的教学。该教学模式从传授知识转为培养能力,考核更侧重对实际能力的测试;既打好学习基础,又通过大量的应用实践和复杂工程实践来磨炼学生;注重学生思维方式和设计方法的培养和引导,进而提高学生的创新能力。 Under the demands of the automation professionals in " Made in China 2025",combined with the characters of automation major,an innovative talent teaching mode for program design on automation major has been studied and practiced. Meanwhile, based on "strengthening basic theory teaching, stressing practical teaching, focusing on cultivating students' practical ability,innovative ability and research ability"new teaching notion has been established.Four steps learning and teaching mode,i. e.,based on the fundamental-based on the application-based on the training-based on the innovation,was proposed. The mode is a progressive,pyramid-style structure. What's more,the teaching mode focuses more on practical ability test by translating imparting knowledge to cultivating ability; students are honed by lots of practice and complex engineering practice. Besides,stressing on the cultivation and guidance of students thinking and design can significantly improve the innovation ability of students.
