摘要
一本学术杂志在30年里发表了4000余篇文章,在数量庞大的作者群中出现了一个"发表文章数比较多"的数十人的核心作者群。这个核心作者群大都是教育专业背景、绝大部分是高校教师,同时还具有学术高产、"东道主"和"泛东道主"特征;他们的学术关注领域较为广泛,大都有研究合作对象;这个核心作者群在本刊所发文章的被引用情况有高有低,就H指数来看处于1-9,不算高也不算低。如何建立积极互动的"杂志与作者(读者)关系"是学术杂志必须考虑的问题。
Since its inaugural issue 30 years ago,Modern University Education( MUE),a leading academic journal in its field,has published around 4000 articles,many of which written by a few dozen authors frequently appearing in the journal. The present paper is to analyze the educational background,faculty titles,academic productivity,affiliated institutions,fields of study as well as cooperating partners of those most frequent appearing authors in MUE. It also analyzes the Hirsh index( or h-index) of journal articles written by those frequently appearing authors. Based on the statistic results,this paper finally presents a few suggestions concerning how to build a positive relationship between a journal and its authors( or readers).
