摘要
从高职生源结构变化、学生素质和个性需求差异所带来的高职课堂教学改革的挑战,以及新时期课堂教学形态变化所带来的课堂教学改革的机遇,阐明了高职"卓越课堂"建设的历史必然性。接着,提出了高职"卓越课堂"的基本内涵:产教融合是主线;"以生为本"是核心;可持续发展是目标。最后,以江苏工程职业技术学院的实践探索为例,介绍了高职"卓越课堂"建设的方法和策略,包括:整体规划,做好顶层设计;重点突破,推进关键领域改革;建章立制,形成制度保障。
The changes in vocational college students' sources and the differences in their academic performance and individual needs have brought opportunities as well as challenges for the classroom teaching in vocational colleges. With the "Outstanding Classroom" defined based on the theory of effective teaching, the paper, with Jiangsu College of Engineering and Technology(JCET) as an example, puts forward strategies for an effective construction of outstanding classrooms. Through overall planning, major breakthroughs and institution formulation,JCET promotes the classroom teaching reform in the key fields covering curriculum system design, the selection of teaching content, the design of teaching activities, the implementation of teaching process and the teaching evaluation and assessment which lead to effective strategies for constructing outstanding classrooms.
