摘要
目的了解老年糖尿病患者疲乏感的现状并分析其影响因素。方法选取252例老年糖尿病患者,采用问卷调查其一般情况及疲乏状况,并分析影响老年糖尿病患者疲乏的因素。结果共回收240份合格问卷。240例老年糖尿病患者疲乏量表总分为(8.78±3.46)分,其中躯体疲乏得分为(5.68±2.34)分、脑力疲乏得分为(3.10±1.73)分,疲乏者占74.6%(179/240)。多因素分析结果显示,并发症数和文化程度是影响老年糖尿病患者疲乏程度的因素(均P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者中疲乏者比例较高,其中并发症多、文化程度低的老年糖尿病患者疲乏程度严重。
Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of fatigue among elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 252 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were enrolled. A questionnaire survey on the general information and fatigue status of the patients was conducted to analyze the influencing factors of fatigue in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Results A total of 240 qualified questionnaires were recycled. For the 240 elderly diabetic patients,the total score of fatigue scale was8. 78 ± 3. 46,the score for physical fatigue was 5. 68 ± 2. 34 and for mental fatigue was 3. 10 ± 1. 73,and the fatigue cases accounted for74. 6%（ 179/240）. The results of multivariate analysis showed that the number of complications and educational level were the influence factors of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The proportion of fatigue cases is quite higher among elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. The elderly diabetic patients with more complications and low education level suffer severe fatigue.
