摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthrits,RA)患者疲乏症状与生活质量的影响。方法选择2008年2月—2009年5月在我院住院的RA伴疲乏患者246例,在常规护理基础上进行综合护理干预,应用疲乏视觉模拟评分(VAS)、健康评估问卷(HAQ)和中文版本的健康测量量表(SF-36),观察干预前后患者疲乏程度与生活质量的变化。结果综合护理干预1个月后患者疲乏程度明显缓解(P<0.01),功能状态好转(P<0.01),生活质量也有所提高(P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预后患者的疲乏程度明显缓解,对改善患者的功能状态及生活质量起到了积极的推动作用。
Objective To study the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on fatigue and quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 246 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected in our hospital from February 2008 to May 2009. All the patients received the comprehensive care intervention based on the conventional nursing. The Visual Analogue Score （VAS）, Health Assessment Questionnaire （ HAQ）, and the Chinese version of 36 - Item Short Form Health Survey （ SF - 36） were used to investigate the changes in the patients＇ fatigue level and quality of life before and after intervention. Results After 1 - month intervention, the fatigue level was reduced significantly （P 〈 0.01 ） , the functional status was improved （P 〈 0.01 ）, and the quality of life was also improved （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The comprehensive care interventions can relieve fatigue of patients with rheumatoid arthritis as well as improve their life quality.
