隔膜体系阴阳极共同作用电化学法降解水中的甲基橙 被引量:2

摘要 在自制的电化学反应器中,进行了隔膜体系阴阳极共同作用电化学法降解模拟染料废水中甲基橙的试验研究,考察了电压、曝气速度、电极板间距、电解质投加量等因素对甲基橙脱色率的影响。结果表明,隔膜体系阴阳极共同作用电化学法可有效处理废水中的甲基橙。在最佳脱色工艺条件下,阴极室中甲基橙脱色率达到90.23%,阳极室中甲基橙脱色率达到99.60%。通过能耗分析得到阳、阴极室内能耗与脱色率的关系式。 The experimental study on the degradation of methyl orange in simulated dye wastewater by the diaphragm system anode and cathode coaction electrochemical method,in the home-made electrochemical reactor,has been implemented. The influences of the factors,such as voltage,aeration rate,distance between electrodes,electrolyte dosage,etc. on the decolorization rate of methyl orange are investigated. The results show that the diaphragm system anode and cathode coaction electrochemical method can effectively treat methyl orange in wastewater. Under optimal conditions,the decolorization rate of methyle orange in cathode chamber reaches 90.23%,and that of methyle orange in anode chamber reaches 99.60%. The relational expression between the energy consumption in cathode and anode chambers and decolorization rate is obtained through energy consumption analysis.
