不同氯体系对电化学单池降解靛蓝废水的影响

摘要 讨论了氯体系、电极材料、脱色时间、电压和pH值等因素对单池电化学降解靛蓝废水的影响。结果表明,在NaCl质量浓度为5 g/L、电压为7 V、脱色时间60 min.pH值11时,脱色率达到97.88%, B/C值为2.1,可生化性最好。从极差分析得出pH值对脱色率影响最为显著。 The effects of different factors, such as chlorine system, electrode materials, decolorization time, voltage and pH value on the electrochemical degradation of indigo wastewater are studied. The results show that the decolorization effect is the best when the NaCl concentration is 5 g/L, the voltage is 7 V, the decolorization time is 60 min, and the pH value is 11, the decolorization rate reaches 97.88%, and the B/C value is 2.1. From the range analysis, the pH value has the most significant effect on the decolorization rate.
