摘要
采用电化学协同过硫酸盐法(EC-PS)氧化处理橙黄G染料废水,研究了初始p H、PS投加量、电流密度、电极间距对橙黄G染料废水脱色去除效果的影响规律。结果表明,EC-PS对橙黄G染料废水有很好的处理效果,0.2mmol/L橙黄G染料废水在原水p H为8.3、PS投加量为1.5 mmol/L、电流密度为20 m A/cm2、间距为6 cm的条件下,经过8 min的反应处理,OG脱色率达到了97.85%,TOC去除率达到了37.2%。对OG脱色率的影响顺序为PS投加量>电极间距>电流密度>初始p H。
Using EC-PS (the combination of electrochemistry and persulfate) to oxidize orange G dye wastewater, the effect of initial pH, PS dosage, current density, electrode spacing on the removal efficiency of OG was investigated. The results showed that EC-PS had good removal efficiency on orange G dye wastewater, 0.2 mmol/L OG wastewater was oxidized by EC-PS under the condition (initial pH=8.3, PS dosage=1.5 mmol/L, current density=20 mA/cm^2, electrode spacing=6 cm). After 8 rain reaction time, OG decolorization rate reached 97.85%, TOC removal rate reached 37.2%. The sequence of every factor for OG decolorization rate was PS dosage, electrode spacing, current density, initial pH.
