摘要
采用KOH活化法,利用废弃橘皮制成活性炭用于吸附处理染料废水,并以去除染料废水的COD和色度为考察目标,从吸附时间、投放量、废水酸碱度和温度四个条件分别进行研究,结果表明,橘皮活性炭对模拟染料废水脱色处理的最优条件为活性炭投加量为2 g/L、吸附时间为90 min、pH值为4、温度为30℃,此时脱色率为100%.橘皮活性炭对模拟染料废水中COD的去除,最优条件为活性炭浓质量度为4 g/L,pH值为2,COD去除率能达到90%以上,达到了较好的处理效果.
The activated carbon originated from abandoned orange peel was prepared by KOH activation method and used to the adsorption treatment of dye wastewater. Taking the removal of COD and chromaticity as investigated target,the contact time,dosage,pH and temperature conditions were studied. The results showed that orange peel activated carbon had good decolorization efficiency of dye waste water,and the treatment of the optimal conditions were the reaction time of 90 min,activated carbon dosage of 2 g/L,pH value of 4 and the temperature of 30 ℃. The decolorization rate was almost 100%. Simulated COD removal rate in dye wastewater by orange peel activated carbon could reach more than 90%,and the optimal conditions was activated carbon dosage of 4 g/L and pH value of 2.
