摘要
维生素A醇及其酯类衍生物的特殊结构,使维生素A成为生命体不可缺少的微量营养物质。本文检测了婴幼儿配方奶粉留样的维生素A的值,阐明了检测期间留样维生素A的变化规律,并且探究了采用留样再测和质控图的方法对婴幼儿配方奶粉中维生素A进行质量控制的有效性和适用性。
The special structure of vitamin A and its ester derivatives caused the Vitamin A became an indispensable trace nutrients in life. This pa- per examined the infant formula milk powder samples of vitamin A, illustrated the changes during the sample retention of Vitamin A, and ex- plored the the validity and applicability of sample retention retest and quality control diagram methods on Vitamin A in infant milk powder.
