摘要
东北老工业基地是我国重要的制造业基地,受世界经济复苏缓慢及国内经济发展进入新常态的影响,近几年老工业基地经济下行压力较大。在经济总量中占有重要地位的制造业结构性产能过剩严重,成为制约老工业基地全面振兴的瓶颈。以东北地区重要的制造业基地吉林省为个案进行剖析,发现要从根本上破解因生产成本居高不下、生产结构不协调、供需错位而导致的制造业效率低下、竞争力不强问题,应充分发挥供给侧结构性改革的作用,加快制造业转型升级,进而实现老工业基地全面振兴。
The old industrial base in Northeast China is an important manufacturing base in our country. Affected by the sluggish economic recovery in the world and the domestic economic development entering a new normal,the economic downturn in old industrial bases has been under intense pressure in recent years. The structural overcapacity in manufacturing industry,which occupies an important position in the total economy,has become a serious bottleneck restricting the overall rejuvenation of the old industrial bases. Taking Jilin Province,an important manufacturing base in northeast China as an example,it is found that it is necessary to fundamentally solve the problem of inefficiency in manufacturing industry and weak competitiveness due to the high production costs,the uncoordinated production structure and the dislocation of supply and demand. In order to solve these problems,we should give full play to the role of supply-side structural reform and speed up the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry so as to stabilize the economy in Jilin Province and even the whole northeast region and revitalize the old industrial bases.
