摘要
研究了不同回火参数对40Cr Ni2Mo钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,40Cr Ni2Mo钢在850℃淬火后,再经过不同回火参数热处理,组织均为回火索氏体+残余奥氏体+碳化物;并且回火后碳化物的形态和尺寸随回火温度而改变。在其它参数相同的条件下,随着回火参数的增加,40Cr Ni2Mo钢的硬度和强度降低,而冲击功增加。
The effects of different tempering parameter on microstructure and propertie of 40CrNi2Mo steel were investigated. The results showed that the microstructure was all the tempered sorbite + residual austenite + carbide after tempering treatment with different tempering parameter after 850 ℃ quenching of 40CrNi2Mo steel and the size and morphology of carbide changed with the tempering temperature. The hardness and strength of 40CrNi2Mo steel decreased and the impact energy increased with the tempering parameter increasing under the same other parameter.
