40CrNi2Mo钢阶梯轴残余应力的数值模拟

摘要 阶梯轴是离心压缩机的重要零件,如果精加工后残余应力过大或分布不均匀,装配时会弯曲。测定和采用Marc软件模拟了经过调质处理和稳定化处理的40CrNi2Mo钢阶梯轴的残余应力值及其分布。结果表明:实测的与模拟的阶梯轴残余应力值和分布基本一致,即调质的阶梯轴残余应力高达829.7 MPa,经530~560℃稳定化处理后,消除了70%~80%,且分布均匀。这说明,采用Marc软件模拟阶梯轴的残余应力值及其分布是可行的,可用于实际生产。 The step shaft is an important part of centrifugal compressor,and will bend during assembly if excessive and non-uniformly distributed residual stress is present in it after fine machining.Value and distribution of residual stress in a step shaft made of 40 CrNi2 Mo steel were measured as well as were simulated by Marc software.The results indicated that measured value and distribution of residual stress in the step shaft were largely in accordance with those obtained from the simulation,that is,residual stress in the step shaft after quenching-and-tempering was as high as 829.7 MPa,as much as 70% to 80% relief of residual stress was achieved by stress relieving at 530 to560℃,and the stress distribution was uniform,which showed that simulation of value and distribution of residual stress in the step shaft by Marc software is feasible,being able to be used in actual production.
