摘要 利用脉冲等离子爆炸轰击对紫铜、碳化钨铜、铍镍铜、铍钴铜、铬铜和铬锆铜进行了表面处理,采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析表面形貌和物相变化,并测量了表面显微硬度。结果表明处理后各样品表面均出现微量的W和W2N,以及较为明显的炭黑。样品接地轰击一次时表面硬度明显下降,多次轰击后硬度有所提高,但与基体硬度相差不大,且重熔形成的熔瘤使表面粗糙度明显增加。样品不接地时比接地时硬度明显提高,且高于基体硬度。 The surface treatment of red copper,WC/Cu,Cu-Ni-Be,Cu-Co-Be,Cu-Cr and Cu-Cr-Zr alloys is conducted by pulse detonation plasma technology. The change in the surface morphology and phase are analazed by the scanning electron micrograph and X-ray diffraction respectively and surface microhardness is measured. The result shows that trace of W,W2 N and obvious carbon black appear in the surface of each kind of samples. The surface hardness decrease obviously as only once detonation for the earthing samples and increase after several detonation,but there is little different to the hardness of the matrix and the remolting forms the molten tumor to cause the surface roughness increasing obviously. The hardness of earth-free samples is obviously larger than that of the earthing samples,and is also larger than that of the matrix.
