摘要
介绍了脉冲气体爆炸-等离子体技术的主要特点,总结了近些年来采用该技术对碳素工具钢、合金工具钢以及高速工具钢等3类工具钢进行改性的研究现状,并对该技术的改性机理做了解释。经该技术处理之后,会在材料表面形成一层致密的改性层,该改性层的存在,能够有效提高工具钢的表面硬度、耐磨性等性能,而且该技术具有环保、能量利用率高等优点。因此,该技术适用于对工具钢及其它种类的钢材进行改性处理,以拓宽材料的应用领域。
The main characteristics of PDP technology was briefly introduced.The research status of using this technology to modificate the surface of carbon tool steel,alloy tool steel and high-speed tool steel in recent years was summarized,and the modification mechanism of this technology was explained.After the PDP treatment,a compact modification layer was formed on the material surface.Due to the existence of the modified layer,the surface hardness and wear resistance of tool steels were effectively improved.What’s more,the PDP technology had advantages of environmental protection and high energy utilization rate,therefore,the technology was suitable for modifying tool steel and other kinds of steel to broaden the application field of materials.
