摘要
介绍了H13钢广泛应用于热锻模、热挤压模和有色金属压铸模及其相对其它热作模具钢的优势。指出了H13钢成份低Si高Mo的发展趋势。并叙述了目前H13钢的表面改性方法,主要有表面低温化学热处理、高能束表面处理和表面涂敷硬膜的方法。
H13 steel was extensively used in hot forging die and hot extruding die and nonferrous casting die,introduced the superiority of H13 steel. Pointed out the compositions of H13 that developing from low Si to high Mo, and described the method of surface modification of H13, mainly included low temperature chemistry processing and high power ties processing and making hard layer processing.
