摘要
采用真空热处理和氮化处理复合工艺提高热挤压模的综合性能。几百套挤压模在生产中的应用证明其平均使用寿命达到7～8t/套以上,达到国外同类铝型材挤压模的使用寿命,具有良好的技术经济效益。
This paper presents a complex technology for vacuum heat-treating and nitrjinged to improve the general properties of heat squeezing dies. After use of several hundred dies in production.the results showed that their average service life arrived at 7-8 tons per set,being comparable to that of dies of good guality made in foreign countries now. This technology can bring much profit economically.
